Car Importers UK wanted their WordPress-managed car listings served through a modern, fast frontend without giving up the WordPress editing workflow their team already knew.
Built a Next.js 16 / React 19 / TypeScript headless frontend on top of an existing WordPress backend so all listings, blog posts, and pages stay managed in WordPress but are served through a fast, SEO-optimised storefront. Delivered vehicle listings with ten filters, detail pages with gallery lightbox and enquiry forms, a homepage with hero, featured vehicles, body-type browse and a loan calculator, JWT-based login/register/dashboard, dynamic sitemap and OG images, and ISR cache revalidation via a WordPress webhook plugin. Shipped with a Vitest test suite.
