Terms of Service – SecureTechs

1. Services

SecureTechs LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides web development, design, and related digital services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices in USD. Final project pricing is determined during the scoping process and confirmed in a written proposal or contract before work begins.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
One-time projects require a deposit before work begins (typically 50%).
Subscription services are billed on the agreed cycle (monthly/quarterly).
Late payments may result in project pauses or service suspension.

4. Project Deliverables

Deliverables, timelines, and milestones are defined in the project proposal. We provide regular progress updates and require timely feedback to maintain schedules.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (code, designs, content produced for you). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond that scope are billed at our hourly rate.

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch for issues caused by our code. This does not cover third-party services, hosting issues, or changes made by others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Fees for completed work and expenses incurred are non-refundable.
